Gravescabs are reversible plush covers that are placed over a plush base called a Skell. A Skell is a wounded spirit creature sent to a land called The Peel. Each Gravescab represents a quality: Stoneway virtue; Nervesale confidence; Bloomrise hope; Prizebag motivation; Angelrain compassion; and Taskblast determination. Just as a scab helps a wound heal, these Gravescabs cover Skells and help them heal. However, if Gravescab does not share its quality and becomes selfish, then it will turn into a Dirtscab (the reverse side of each plush cover).
