She-ra Princess of Power – Battle Damaged

Inspired by a great piece of art, Nate Baertsch Battle damaged Version of She-ra. I saw it for the first time at the cover of James Eatocks Cereal Geek Magazine. That was the moment when I fall in love with that version. I like to create things you havent seen before.

I allready made a She-ra cosplay, so I had all the sewing pattern I needed. The challenge for me was to create the damaged costume because the cover only shows her damaged face. Google was a great help with the cat scratches and the inspiration for all the muddy and bloody parts.

To “destroy” the costume was fun when it worked the way I wanted.

Materials: faux leather, 2mm foam, liquid latex, fake blood, satin, worbla, acrylic colors, gems
