Super Group Therapy is a mockumentary comedic series that follows Stewart, a film studies student, as he documents Dr. Pendergrass’ group therapy sessions. But this group isn’t your run of the mill nut jobs– they are super heroes. Along with his trusty assistant Wendy, Dr. Pengergrass is hell bent on returning Captain Fantastic, The Amazing Lady, The Bolt, Medulla and The Flamer (actually a super villain) back to their former glory. We’ve all heard that with great power comes great responsibility. What they don’t tell you is it also comes with super egos and super issues– and there in lies the super problem…. Oh, and there’s Faithful Companion, the annoying sidekick..
