Doug Luberts has worked in feature films and visual effects for the past 14 years as an editor, compositor, pipeline engineer, and production manager, including seven years working on Visual Effects for blockbusters at Lucasfilm’s Industrial Light & Magic. He was nominated for an inaugural Streamy Award for Best VFX in a Web Series for his work on Season 2 of Felicia Day’s “The Guild”, and this year was the editor for Season 2 of ‘The Sword and Laser’, the Science Fiction and Fantasy book show with Veronica Belmont and Tom Merritt.
Doug is a member of the Visual Effects Society, the Motion Picture Editors Guild, and the International Academy of Web Television.
Doug spends his free time geeking out over Doctor Who, Game of Thrones, comics, SciFi/Fantasy books, motorcycles, Pathfinder RPG’ing, and going to cons, where photographing cosplayers has become one of his passions.
