The Bag Depot creates fun and geeky fashions and accessories for geeks of all ages. We take inspiration from all aspects of the geeky genres including comics, cartoons, movies, music, games, books, and more.
All of our items are meant to be worn, used, and loved! Our items are made of easy to care for materials that are fully washable. We use 100% cotton or cotton/polyester blend materials in our designs. All of our clothing is lined and feature reinforced topstitched seams. Our bags are constructed with four layers of fabric and reinforced handles. All items are designed with quality in mind! They are all tested for comfort, strength, and durability. Our designs are suitable for wearing or carrying at your favorite convention, the office, or a night on the town.
Our design process begins with a subject, for example –an iconic character or image. Our designers break down the image to see how it can be reproduced using licensed fabrics or other techniques like quilting, painting, and embroidery. We strive to create these images and ideas as unique bags or geeky clothing that will stand out in the crowd.
The Bag Depot is a mother and daughter team working out of a small workshop and building a dream.
